Starting from humble beginnings, Tracy faced significant challenges. Her
childhood sweetheart became her husband, and together they built a life. She worked at BC TEL/TELUS and he became a carpenter. However, life’s unexpected turns led her to become a single mother of 2 teenagers at the age of 40. To provide for her family, she worked multiple jobs for 3 years, sometimes putting in 16-hour days to make ends meet and felt so frustrated that her mind was open to possibilities.
She discovered Primerica in 2006 after a chance encounter while trying to get coffee. Her desire to be financially stable and entrepreneurial drive led her to step outside her comfort zone and embark on a new path with Primerica. Through hard work and dedication, Tracy transformed her financial situation while helping countless others achieve financial stability. Her empathetic approach, particularly towards those with disabilities, is a cornerstone of her business philosophy.
After 20 years at Telus she resigned in 2010 to pursue a career with Primerica, a financial distribution and education company. Primerica soon became a turning point in her life as she took many courses to self develop including Business Mastery, Master key mastermind experiences, think and grow rich and most important to create a new relationship with money by becoming fully licensed in Primerica.
Primerica became Tracy’s catalyst for transformation. With unwavering dedication, she has helped countless others improve their financial security and she hosts webinars for disability resources every couple of months. She showcases her versatility as a co-author of the book family mother son relationships and she provides home share to provide support for another. She mentors and supports her team with enthusiasm. With a focus on financial coaching and building a strong team, Tracy is steadily climbing the ladder towards her goal of becoming a regional vice president.
